About
Welcome to Restaurante Los Nazaries Plaza Larga, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Albaicin, Granada. Located at Pl. Larga, 4, this delightful eatery offers an authentic taste of Spanish cuisine that captures the essence of Andalusia. With its charming atmosphere, friendly staff, and tantalizing dishes, it comes as no surprise that diners rave about their experiences here.
As you step into the restaurant, the vibrant buzz of the outdoor plaza envelops you. Guests are greeted with warm smiles, making it evident that hospitality is a priority. One of the highlights of dining here is the exceptional paella. Visitors have praised the seafood and traditional varieties for their perfect marriage of flavors—an homage to Spain's coastal traditions. A diner named Pam Bee mentioned how her seafood paella boasted a perfect blend of rice and the freshest seafood, and we couldn’t agree more. The dish is a must-try for anyone looking to delve into the heart of Spanish culinary art.
Another standout is the meat dishes, especially the secreto pork. Lely Evans described her dining experience as one of the best on her Andalusia trip, attributing her delight to this particular dish. Cooking on hot stone slabs adds an interactive and exciting twist, allowing the flavors to fully develop while keeping the meat tender and juicy. Pair it with a refreshing side of tomatoes and avocados, and you have a dish that is both simple and spectacular.

The enchanting scenery of the plaza complements the dining experience, forming a perfect backdrop for savoring each bite. “ One of our best dining experiences on our Andalusia trip. Stumbled upon this restaurant when I saw a huge group of people sitting around the square. The smell drew us in. Mom was surprised I didn’t check google haha. We had two orders of meat (beef steak and secreto pork). My advice is get the pork. The beef was fine but the pork was fantastic. We cooked our meat on the hot stone slabs. The side of tomatoes and avocados was refreshing and, again, delicious. Can’t recommend this place enough. ”
“ Just a word for him and the restaurant AMAZING AND DELICIOUS FOOD EVER !. I tried biealla and all food and it was above the limit in DELICIOUS and taste !. Really loved the biealla again after non pleasant experience in Barcelona. 100000% recommend . ”
“ Just what we were looking for after a long day of walking. The staff were very friendly and helpful and sitting in the plaza was very nice. The gazpacho, broad beans and jamon and paella were to die for. The waiter warned us that we had ordered too much but it was too good to resist! ”
“ Highly recommend this restaurant. As a vegetarian, I had plenty of tasty options like the Vegetarian Paella. The waiters are really friendly. Atmosphere is quite loud and overstimulating so wouldn’t recommend for a peaceful romantic dinner. ”
“ Loved this place! Servers were very friendly. We had the seafood paella and the omelette which were delicious. Paella was particularly good- perfect blend of seafood and rice. Our group was seated outdoors and service was fast. ”
“ Great to stumble across this restaurant and enjoyed the best paella. Local restaurant full of locals eating so always good ”
“ Situated on a really pretty square under trees it’s a perfect lunch spot. Seating is limited, so you might have to plan in a little wait. Service was accommodating, friendly and fast (beware not all waiters speak English), food was delicious. We had the secreto Iberico (which is grilled in front of you on a hot stone), parates bravado and salad and it’s the perfect combo. Would definitely come again! ”
